Great location and we really enjoyed the pool.
This house was the perfect size for a big family and the pool/hot tub was awesome!! The kitchen was gorgeous and the beach was super accessible!

We loved the location so close to the beach. Kitchen was perfect for multiple cooks to be preparing meals and there were plenty of bathrooms. Unfortunately the gorgeous evening lighting of the pool area that sold me on the place was nonexistent so not much night swimming or relaxing outside at night. Would recommend the location to anyone with a large diverse group of family but make sure all repairs are done before hand so that the ambiance of the house matches your photos and customers expectations. Would give the home a 4.6 because of those few glitches but was thrilled with beach chairs, toys for the kids and beach towels.

House was very accommodating for my family (6 adults, 5 children). The children enjoyed the pool once the heater was ‘fixed’ — at the expense of the spa not working properly or the other extras (lights, bubbler). Other minor issues included outside/front of house being poorly lighted, and TV in back bedroom not working (we did not address with rental company as we adjusted to being without …more concerned with pool/spa issues which were not resolved even after 3 different individuals’ visits).
Pictures do not do this place justice. Huge on inside and really well laid out/furnished. Outside was private. Host was super nice by extending reso. Only negative was mosquitoes outside but these are common in area for this time of year and nothing some bug spray could not get rid of. Will definitely be back.
The house is beautiful, it has everything that you need. Full kitchen appliances, beach toys, chairs, bikes and even a cooler. <br/>The only thing that was a big inconvenience for us is that the 2 of the bathrooms that have a bath tub were clogged. We were a big group so it was a big issue for us . I did let them know but no one ever came to check them to see if they could fix them. Also the dryer didn’t work, they offer to wash our clothes but of coarse there is nothing like washing your own clothes when you need them specially with kids. The fridge ice maker doesn’t work too well. The TV controls didn’t worked when we arrived . They had to come and change the batteries.<br/>They do communicate with you and try to respond quick . But when you are on vacations you want to forget about your phone and just enjoy them. To me it was very inconvenient having to message them for all the issues we had.
We had a great time! Enjoyed the home and the area!
